MGNT2SM (Responsible and Sustainable Management Principles). The pre-requisite for this module is MGNT102. It is a compulsory module for all BCom General students, students' who intend on majoring in management and those whose curriculum indicate this as a core module. 

The module covers the contexts of sustainable development in general and specifically  sustainability in management. The focus is critical management theory and the norms  and instruments used in the contexts of ecological and social sustainability.

This module is envisaged to engage critical and reflective thinking around issues of  sustainability in management. Students are provided with both a theoretical foundation and a practical context in which to implement sustainable management.
