MGNT2SM (Responsible and Sustainable Management Principles). The pre-requisite for this module is MGNT102. It is a compulsory module for all BCom General students, students' who intend on majoring in management and those whose curriculum indicate this as a core module.
The module covers the contexts of sustainable development in general and specifically sustainability in management. The focus is critical management theory and the norms and instruments used in the contexts of ecological and social sustainability.
This module is envisaged to engage critical and reflective thinking around issues of sustainability in management. Students are provided with both a theoretical foundation and a practical context in which to implement sustainable management.
Technology and Innovation Strategy Management
This course is designed to help educators and instructional designers in online higher education settings understand and implement authentic assessment strategies. Authentic assessment goes beyond traditional exams and tests, focusing on real-world applications of knowledge and skills. By the end of this course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to create purposeful, meaningful, and effective authentic assessments in the online higher education environment.
